Another way to type accented characters into the web page is to use the accent bar, located
at the bottom of the screen. To use the accent bar:
- Click on the white text box at the bottom of the screen.
- Type the letters of the word as you normally would, and when you get to a special character, click the appropriate character. (For example, to type "voilà," type "v o i l," then click "à".)
- Highlight the completed text by dragging the mouse over it.
- Copy the highlighted text. To copy the highlighted text, hold down the Control button (located in the lower left corner of the keyboard) and press the letter "c".
- Click on the text box where you want to paste the word.
- Paste the text into the text box. To paste the highlighted text, hold down the Control button and press the letter "v".
